Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on any of our products. All prices shown on our website are the final prices you pay. You will not be issued a VAT invoice. -
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders £50 and over. For orders under £50, a flat delivery charge of £5 will apply. -
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–6 business days from the time they are dispatched. Our processing time is typically 0–2 business days, meaning you can expect delivery within 2–8 business days total. -
Do you offer installation or assembly?
No, we do not offer installation. All deliveries are curbside only. Assembly is not included unless explicitly stated on the product page. -
Where do your products ship from?
All products are shipped directly from our UK-based supplier and manufacturer warehouses. See our Shipping Policy page for more information. We do not warehouse products at our office location in London. -
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back, as we will provide the correct return address. -
Can I return items to your London office?
No. Returns must not be sent to our London office. Please contact us first and we will provide the correct warehouse return address. -
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are issued based on the condition and reason for return. Full details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy. -
What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence. In some cases, we may arrange for an engineer to assess and repair the item on-site. -
