Our Story
Suffering from a bad back during the initial lockdowns, our founder was faced with the difficult process of rehabilitation. First this involved a gruelling process of re-modelling his back using resistance bands and carefully executed back exercises. When his back began to improve he was able to increase resistance, exchanging the resistance bands for a kettlebell, and then progressing to the use of a smith machine which enabled him to perform squats safely – without the need of a spotter.

In a world in which our health seems continually under threat, it is our vision to help increase awareness of the need for physical exercise, to help improve both physical and mental health. Delivering quality gym equipment, enables gyms to provide the necessary equipment to help customers exercise safely.
