1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Do you use secure checkout?

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard UK delivery times vary depending on the supplier and location.
  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Large or specialised equipment may take longer; delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom. If you require international delivery, please contact our customer support team.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from the courier. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.


6. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Items are in resellable condition.
  • Exclusions apply for personal care products, earrings, intimate wear, and customised items.

7. How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at sales@musclemachines.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Please do not return items without authorization.

8. Where do I send my returns?

Returns must be sent to the correct supplier address. Depending on the product brand, return addresses are as follows:

9. When will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.

No. We are not currently VAT registered. Prices shown do not include VAT, and no VAT will be added at checkout. VAT invoices will not be issued.
