Shipping & Delivery Policy – United Kingdom

At MUSCLE MACHINES, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, fast, and hassle-free.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the UK mainland.
  • Orders placed with addresses outside the UK (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other offshore locations) cannot be fulfilled.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT, London) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days (processing + delivery).
  • Please note: No deliveries are made on UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery on all orders above £50.
  • For orders below £50, a flat-rate shipping fee of £5 will apply.

TPN (The Pallet Network), DPD, DHL, and FedEx.

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of the parcel, or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please check your package carefully before signing for delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged, mark it as “Damaged” or refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If the order is already shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Taxes & VAT Notice

  • All displayed prices are in GBP (£).
  • VAT Notice: We are not currently VAT registered. Therefore, prices shown do not include VAT, and no VAT will be added at checkout. VAT invoices will not be issued.
  • No hidden fees or extra charges will apply beyond what is displayed at checkout.
