Return and Refund policy
At Muscle Machines, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in line with UK Consumer Rights Regulations.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in resellable condition.
⚠️ Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Personal care & beauty products
- Earrings and intimate wear
- Made-to-order or customised items

3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at sales@musclemachines.uk with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Clear photos if the product is damaged or defective - Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
⚠️ Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Addresses
Because our products are shipped from multiple suppliers, returns must be sent to the original supplier’s warehouse. The return address will be confirmed when your RMA is issued.

5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, please follow the Returns & Refunds process.
8. VAT Notice
We are not currently VAT registered. Therefore:
- Prices shown on our website do not include VAT.
- No VAT will be added at checkout.
- VAT invoices will not be issued.
