5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
  • Processing time: 0–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframe: 2–6 working days (estimated total 2–8 business days including processing).
  • Free delivery on orders above £50; a flat rate of £5 applies for orders under £50.
  • Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners (TPN, DPD, DHL, FedEx).

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, in line with UK Consumer Rights Regulations.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned goods.
  • Certain items (personal care, intimate wear, custom-made products) are non-returnable.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, please follow the Returns & Refunds process.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Gym equipment should be used responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse.
